Bone marrow aspiration

A procedure that withdraws liquid marrow from inside a bone using a needle.

Context

The collected material is called an aspirate. Collection and any later processing or injection are separate steps, so ask which steps are proposed and who performs each.

Question to ask

Where will marrow be collected, how will comfort be managed, and what happens afterward?
