How do I find a clinic?

Search by clinic name or location, then narrow by state or territory and a reported service. You can also browse states, territories, and localities. Confirm the exact physical location before arranging a visit.

Find a clinic →
Why are there no results near me?

Coverage varies while location information is researched and reviewed. Try a broader location or fewer filters. Empty results reflect the current directory inventory, not proof that there are no clinics in the area.

Browse locations →
What does a reported service mean?

A category summarizes a documented or clinic-reported offering. It does not assess effectiveness, safety, approval status, or suitability. Ask the clinic for the exact product or procedure and who provides it.

What does a claimed profile mean?

Paid profile claims are coming soon at a planned price of $99 per year per physical location. They are not currently purchasable. A paid claim will provide account access to listing tools; it will not establish medical credentials or ownership authority.

How do I correct outdated information?

Public correction submissions are currently unavailable. The correction page explains availability. Factual corrections will remain free when submissions open.

What if a clinic closed or appears twice?

Public submissions are currently unavailable. When enabled, use the correction form for closed locations or duplicates, with profile links and a public source. Separate physical branches may need separate profiles.

How do I suggest a missing clinic?

The missing-clinic suggestion page explains current availability. Submissions are not currently enabled; when they open, suggestions will be researched and reviewed before publication.

Suggest a clinic →
How do I dispute a claim or request a transfer?

Contact directory support with the profile link and a clear description of the conflict, transfer, or mistaken purchase. Paid claim activation is automatic; disputes are handled separately through support. Keep medical details out of the request.

Contact the clinic directly.

Choose a clinic, then use its published website or phone number to ask about appointments, services, and costs. The directory does not book appointments or provide clinical advice.

How a directory contact request works.

Directory contact requests are currently unavailable. When enabled, they will be offered only for a published, actively claimed clinic that has opted in to directory inquiries. A request shares minimum contact details with the one clinic you select through its protected inbox. Email notifications are separate and require a confirmed destination and configured delivery. It does not distribute your request to other clinics, book an appointment, or guarantee a response.

Keep medical history, diagnoses, and other sensitive details out of directory forms. Share clinical information directly through the clinic’s appropriate channel. For account, billing, claim dispute, or privacy questions, use directory support.
