Catawba Valley’s Center for Wound Healing and Hyperbarics in Hickory works with community physicians to plan chronic-wound care. Treatments include negative-pressure therapy, skin substitutes, epidermal autografting, debridement and specialized offloading. Physician-prescribed hyperbaric oxygen is available for selected wounds. The Tate Boulevard team includes surgical and vascular clinicians, a podiatrist and physician assistants, with weekday hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
